Color Communication offers a variety of packages for parents and students to choose from. To make ordering easy we provide Money Envelopes that serve as price list and order form, Money Envelopes have proven to be easy to use.
As a special offer, if you book us to photograph your pre-school portraits, we will photograph one of your future events at your school at no cost to your school. We will photograph a future event at your school and upload the event to our SECURE Web Site where parents and students can view and order photos. We will need a 4- week notice to schedule your event. Call for details.

The Parents Responsibilities:
1. To dress their children appropriately for Picture Day even if you don’t order packages. All children will be photographed for the class photo.
2. To return your money envelopes to the school on Picture Day.
3. To fill out the payment envelope with legible and accurate information
The Schools Responsibilities:
1. To display School Days Posters in a prominent places for all parents to see.
2. To hand out all advertising materials (flyers, payment envelopes,
and other promotional material) to the parents
informing them of the upcoming Picture Day.
3. To collect all money envelopes and turn them into the photographer on Picture Day.
4. To escort the children to the camera room for their
School Days Photos,
5. To help the photographer record the children’s names
for their photo session.
6. To make certain all children are photographed
for the class photo.
7. To make certain all children who turn in a payment envelope
are photographed for their portrait package.
The Responsibility of Color Communication:
1. To provide all advertising material (payment envelopes,
flyers, posters, reminders, etc.)
to help parents make good selections.
One notice goes out each week about 4- weeks before
Picture Day.
2. To photograph each child for the class photo and
to photograph each child who turns in a prepay envelope.
3. To provide a choice of 12 colorful backgrounds
for the parents to choose for their child’s School Days Portraits.
4. To provide a guarantee to the parents & school.
If parents are not satisfied with their child’s portrait package,
we will (A. Reprint the package making any
necessary corrections,
(B. Retake the child’s photos if necessary, or
(C. Refund your purchase price.
5. To provide each teacher with a 5 x 7 class photo of their class.
6. To provide reorder forms for any parents
who would like to reorder photos of their child.
7. Color Communication will photograph one future event
at your school or a near by location
(a church, hall, or other facility)
these photos will be posted to our SECURE WEB SITE for
the parents, children and school staff to view
and order from using a credit card or personal check.
