We can photograph your event for one hour. We will cover some of the activities taking place, photos of your guest and members and a group photo of all attending members. Additional time and additional services are available.
What Color Communication will do:
1. Photograph all attending members, guest activities and a group photo of your
members.
2. We will post all of the photos on our SECURE password protected web site.
3. We will provide viewers with multiple purchasing arrangements for their
convenience.
4. We will provide enough flyers or mailers so you can inform your members
and guest that photos will be available to view or purchase. Your
organization doesn’t have to pay for anything.
5. We will provide you with a written script to announce the availability of
photos on the web.
6. We will provide your organization with low resolution jpeg images on CD with full copy right privileges for your organization to use on it’s web site.
7. Additional high resolution jpeg images on CD with full copy right
privileges are available for an additional cost.
We will do all of this at no charge to you, to your committee or your organization.
All your organization has to do is:
1. Give our photographers the best position to photograph your event.
2. Mail or handout our flyers explaining how to order photos of the event.
3. Make periodic announcements that the photos of the event will be available
online, and for them to keep the flyers for the address, password and
instructions to view or purchase photos.
All of this at no cost to you, your organization or your committee.
