1. Q. If I hire you, Am I guaranteed that you will be the one to photograph my wedding?
A. Yes, I will be the photographer who photographs your wedding.

2. Q. Will you be able to supply me with the remaining proofs or negatives?
A. We photograph weddings entirely with digital equipment. (there are no negatives), however, we can supply you with the remaining proofs and archive your wedding images to Compact Disk at an additional charge.

3. Q. How far will you travel before charging a travel fee?
A. We will travel 10 miles outside of the city of Harrisburg.  After the 10 miles we charge $.35 / mile travel fee

4. Q. If your packages are not what I am looking for, would  you be willing to customize one that fits my needs and budget?
A. Yes, we can customize a package to fit your budget and your special needs. We can change the album, add more albums,  add or remove photos, change the size of the photos, add special effects, extend the time or decrease the time, go to other locations or do just about anything you need.

5. Q. What is the fee for reserving my wedding date?
A. If your wedding is six months or more away we will only charge $50.00 deposit to hold your wedding date. This is so you don’t have to tie up a lot of money for a long period of time. Since the deposit is non-refundable, you don’t have to worry about losing a large amount of money. If we photograph your wedding the $50.00 deposit is deducted from your wedding package price. Additional agreed upon deposits are required at the time of the signing of the contract.

6. Q. How far in advance do we need to reserve you?
A. The sooner the better.  Wedding dates fill up quick.

7. Q. What type of camera equipment do you use?
A. Our studio uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment. As an experienced studio, your photographer will use whatever camera is most appropriate for what they are photographing. Don’t worry, we have plenty of backup equipment! That is one of the main benefits to hiring an experienced studio.
